OUR STORY
Neon Chorus was founded by John and Jill Talman in Omaha, Nebraska. Together, they have spent three decades leading content, creative, and storytelling for brands that actually mean something to people.
After years of watching marketing get louder, cheaper, and more artificial, they decided to do things differently.
Authentic creation in an artificial era is not a slogan.
It is a line in the sand.
Neon Chorus exists to make work that feels human again. No shortcuts. No AI slop. No pretending. Just honest stories about real people and the things that matter to them.
John and Jill believe great marketing is built on empathy, craft, and truth. They have led content teams at LovelySkin, Leo A Daly, Rivals.com, and CompanyCam. Along the way, they have helped tell stories for brands like LA Vintage Gear, James Tyler Guitars, and through their own creative work, Session Solos.
At Neon Chorus, storytelling comes first. People are exhausted from not knowing what is real. AI blurs the lines. Brands promise authenticity while cutting corners. Everything starts to feel like a trick. We move in the opposite direction. We make work that is honest and human because truth still resonates when everything else feels manufactured.
This is what Neon Chorus stands for. Real stories, made by real people, for a world looking for something real.
